In 1996, MASS.ILLUSIONS completed a thrilling visual-effects aerial sequence for Warner Bros. feature film, Eraser. The film stars Arnold Schwarzenegger, James Caan, Vanessa Williams, James Coburn and Robert Pastorelli. Eraser is directed by Charles Russell, and is produced by Arnold and Anne Kopelson.

Of the film, Schwarzenegger has said, "There are many, many racy moments because of this airplane sequence that takes everyone's breath away when they see it."

MASS.ILLUSIONS' aerial sequence features Schwarzenegger hanging precariously from the side of a 727 plane. The plane is traveling at 200 mph, 12,000 feet above New Jersey with one of its engines exploding. Live-action aerial stunt footage, green screen shots of Schwarzenegger, and MASS.ILLUSIONS' model photography and pyrotechnics were all combined to create the action. In addition, computer-animated models and atmospheric effects created by MASS.ILLUSIONS were blended with the photography to achieve a frighteningly real effect.

In 1995, MASS.ILLUSIONS completed the effects for Judge Dredd (203 visual effects shots) in its first year of business. The film stars Sylvester Stallone, Armand Assante, Diane Lane, and Rob Schneider. Judge Dredd, an Edward R. Pressman/Cinergi Production, was directed by Danny Cannon and produced by Charles M. Lippcott and Beau Marks.
