We've had some requests to post pictures of the house, so here's some of the interior. Perhaps we'll get around to the outside another day. This is a view of the living room. The whole place was stark white when we moved in, so the first thing we did was paint every surface.

AKA Baba's chair when she visits. From our deck you can see loads of pines and other trees along the creek that runs along one side of our house, as well as whatever the neighbor's watching on the wide screen tv across the way.

It's been ages since our last post so we'll be catching up in the next few days. In March we went for a week long visit to Western Massachusetts where we visited with Guy's mom Barbara, and Malcolm bonded with her doggies. From there we did day trips and visited loads of friends but of course didn't get enough time with any of them...

We went to a really amazing neighborhood last night that goes all out with the spooky decorations for trick-or-treating. They even close off a cul-de-sac from traffic and throw a little block party, and our friends Carla and Dave host an annual Halloween party that's as much for the grown ups as for the kids. The kids made a killing with the loot. Here's to a sugar high that lasts for weeks!
