Valentine's Day at School

Malcolm, big brother

Big brother Malcolm was thrilled to have Nora as his special guest for the Valentine's Day celebration at school. Nora had spent the week test-driving school herself, across the hall in her own class, but it became clear she's not quite up for circle time just yet ("NOOOOOOOOOO!" followed by her very effective blood-curdling screaming fits on the floor), so perhaps we'll try again in the spring, after a round of socializing at regular Gymboree sessions and weekly local library story time. She seems quite happy with the new schedule, actually. Mama's still deciding.

Nora's Turn to Celebrate

Yesterday of course was Nora's 3rd birthday, and we had a nice dinner with some friends. Nora crashed for a nap as they arrived (what timing!), but rallied for cake and ice cream. See the blurry photo set here...
